Adult Family Home
We're an adult family home dedicated to helping out elderly, impaired, and special needs individuals in our community. Our objective is to provide a loving sanctuary. With 4 bedrooms and attached bathrooms with wheelchair and walker access, situated on 6,000 sq feet on 5 acres, and including every necessity alongside dedicated city water and septic, this North Spokane home is the perfect residence and care facility for those who need it.
Who We Are
Operating an Adult Family Home is, first and foremost, a labor of love. Here at "Welcome Home", it's our delight to serve. We make sure to treat each and every one of our residents with genuine care for their unique living situation and a sincere respect for the dignity of their golden years. An appreciation and empathy for our residents is at the very core foundation of our organization.

So many elderly, special needs and medically fragile individuals, in the Spokane area alone, are in need of help. We hope to bring security, safety, and care to those who need it the most
Peace, Comfort, Care
This 6,000 sq ft home has two levels. The main level accommodates 3-6 residents. It includes three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, that are easily accessible by wheelchair and/or walker.
Services
In addition to rooms, meals, laundry, and general care, we are fully nurse delegated and can provide wheelchair transportation. We have media/TV rooms, gardens, walking paths, an exercise room with equipment, and arts and crafts. We will add services depending on the needs of each resident guest.
Staff
Our staff, which includes nurses and caretakers, also consists of the owners, Scott and Jennifer Brett, who have extensive experience caring for the elderly. With thousands of hours of care and decades of business management, their combined skills are the perfect match for maintaining such a home.
Our Objective
Outside of quality staff, care and services, we strive to provide services to an extremely under-served part of our community. The demand for elderly or special needs individuals needing placement is expected to increase exponentially through 2032. We hope to provide our help for such an urgent need in our world.
